At ESAF Foundation, we are always looking for passionate, talented individuals to join our team.
We Are Looking For:
- Qualification: Master of Social Work (MSW) / or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the social development sector
- Location Preference: Natives or residents of Mysuru, Trivandrum, or nearby districts
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within project locations as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead advocacy initiatives with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), government departments, and civil society organizations (CSOs)
- Coordinate and monitor urban development and CSR projects implemented by ESAF Foundation
- Conduct field research, prepare detailed reports, and manage financial documentation
- Ensure effective communication in both English, Kannada, and Malayalam – spoken and written
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - mandatory
- Strong advocacy and networking skills
- Experience in project coordination, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E)
- Basic knowledge of urban planning, urban development policies, and city governance frameworks
- Proficient in report writing, research, and analytical thinking
